As with any offer there are a few points to keep in mind:
    • To qualify, just fill out the form below and within 24 hours an email will be sent to confirm your enrollment.
       Be sure to confirm your enrollment otherwise you won't get your birthday offer.
    • Each golfer must have their own email address. Sorry - the system only recognizes one person per email address.
    • If your birthday is between March 1st and September 30th you have 30 days from your birthday to redeem your coupon.
    • If your birthday is between October 1st and February 28th you have until May 1st to redeem your coupon.
    • To avoid program fraud, all players are asked to present a valid state ID confirming their date of birth at the time of check in.
    • The coupon is valid Monday thru Sunday anytime
    • Members of Diamond Woods will receive a complimentary guest round.
